Good day! My name is Angelo.
I’ve always been fascinated by the study of life. After getting glimpses of what so many inquiring minds have discovered about how our cells behave through billions of simultaneous interactions of our own chemicals, electricity, biomechanics, thoughts & emotions, I truly have come to appreciate what a miracle each one of us is.
What a miracle each moment is. What’s the probability that you’ve been born . . . on Earth . . . AND reading this right now?! Unimaginably astronomical.
Through this appreciation, I’ve decided that I owed it to myself and my family to live & enjoy the best life that I could. As I continue to explore, the main dependent factor that I continuously find all enjoyment of life to rest upon is the quality of my health.
My epiphany: “Without my health, nothing can be enjoyed to its fullest.”
Delving a bit deeper during the past 15 years, I’ve studied with doctors, physical therapists, clinical nutritionists, physical trainers, bodyworkers, and top innovators in the field of health & wellness. The modalities that I find to be the most effective are those that work to eliminate things that degrade health AND allow the natural environment of our bodies and mind to operate as efficiently as possible.
My work aims to do exactly that and if you’ve been looking for the same, I’d be happy to share the information that may help you deal with less pain & sickness and live a more vibrant, productive life.
I wish us all an exciting journey! . . .
Sidenotes:
Occasionally I teach advanced massage & bodywork courses and anatomy classes. I also lead a fun, natural movement class called VitaMoves that’s designed to increase suppleness and promote structural balance & integrity of the body.
I like to have fun by Olympic Weightlifting, breakdancing, parkour & free-running, snowboarding, creating electronic music, digital art photography/ videography, & learning about quantum physics.
Feel free to check out the video below I submitted to enter the American Ninja Warrior contest in the summer of 2010. My competition run is here. (Ugh. That darn “Warped Wall”!)
The 2011 American Ninja Warrior submission video – May 16 & 17 in Venice Beach, CA. Here’s the video I submitted:
The 2012 American Ninja Warrior submission video – March 3 & 4 in Venice Beach, CA.
